Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

    • If the service has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Service Quality Issues:

    • If you believe the quality of the service provided does not meet the expectations set forth at the time of purchase, you may request a refund. This must be reported within 3 days of service delivery.
  3. Duplicate Payment:

    • If you have made a duplicate payment for the same service, you are eligible for a refund of the additional amount.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  2. Evaluation:

    • Our team will evaluate your request within 2 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Processing Time:

  • Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellations:

  1. Before Service Commencement:

    • You can cancel your service request at any time before the service has been initiated. A full refund will be processed in this case.
  2. After Service Commencement:

    • If you wish to cancel the service after it has commenced, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, depending on the percentage of service completed.
